The Multidimensional Leadership Profile is a state-of-the-art tool for multi-level/multi-rater feedback. It provides executives, directors, managers, supervisors, and individual contributors with behavorial feedback from people at different levels of their organizations. Each comprehensive, user-friendly MLP report (about 12 pages) provides insight into what supervisors, peers, and subordinates (if any) perceive as the individual's major strengths and developmental needs–which, in turn, allows the ratee to compare self-perceptions to perceptions by others. The MLP can be customized to accomodate existing models of leadership and management.
Items can be customized.

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

Each MLP rating form takes about ten minutes to complete. The rater is asked to indicate, anonymously on a seven-point scale, how frequently the ratee demonstrates each specific behavior. In addition to a self-rating form, every MLP packet contains optical scanning forms for as many as five supervisors, seven peers, and seven subordinates.
