The Organizational Effectiveness Profile (OEP) is an innovative and efficient tool for accurate organizational assessment

  1. systematically maps organizations and sub-organizations on selected dimensions

  2. highlights specific strengths and needs

  3. pinpoints "hot areas" in an organization that may need immediate attention

  4. questionnaire "item set" is custom-tailored to meet the needs of the client

Time Requirements and Rating Format

Each rating form takes between ten and fifteen minutes to complete, depending on the number of items included. The rater is asked to indicate, anonymously on a seven-point scale, how much he/she agrees with each statement presented.
